Module Aims

To enable students to critically review and analyse an aspect of their professional practice, utilising relevant theories, models and concepts.

To reinforce project management, peer review, self-reflection and professional skills.

Content Summary

Participants must submit details of their proposed study and its rationale to the module leader or personal supervisor by completing an Independent Study Learning Agreement.

Approval will be granted subject to the following criteria beingn met:

The focus of study and associated learning outcomes contribute to a coherent and progressive programme of professional development and learning for the participant.

The mode of study and all aspects of assessment are appropriate to maintaining academic standards in relation to the level and credits ascribed
