Module Aims

To develop learners' ability to edit and organise data within a spreadsheet using appropriate formulae, tools and presentational techniques.

Content Summary

This module will enable learners to create and organise data in a logical and aesthetic fashion within a spreadsheet. They will learn to use inbuilt and created formulae to process a range of data types obtained from a range of sources. Analytic techniques will be applied through the use of tools and inbuilt and/or created functions and formulae.

The learner’s ability to select and apply appropriate presentational forms will be developed through creating charts using a range of differing data. The They will format graphical data representations through axis, titles, applying colour and fonts, and adjusting scales.
