Module Aims

To provide students with the knowledge and skills required in managing a small business enterprise.

Content Summary

In this module the students will explore some classic management theories attributed to a small business enterprise in addition to developing essential management skills. These topics include finance, innovation, leadership, recruitment, legal issues, operations managements, quality assurance, problem solving, project management, managing change, resourcing, and eBusiness.

This module will facilitate the development of Personal Development Planning (PDP) through the delivery of the key skills identified in the module descriptor.
