Develop knowledge and skills for effective coaching in support of executive leadership and management development

Content Summary

Defining coaching and understanding when a coaching intervention is appropriate

Theoretical understanding of concepts and models to support goal-oriented coaching in an executive context

Theoretical understanding of alternative coaching modules to support future development

Ethical professional practice in relation to establishing, managing and ending a coaching relationship

Developing coaching skills and techniques including active listening, questioning, re-framing, building trust and rapport etc.

Developing reflective practice in relation to coaching
