Module Aims

This module aims to critically explore and examine project management and consulatancy skills in a business and supply chain context.  Enabling students to undertstand and explore relevant and key project management techniques and principles and the impact that they have on operations, supply chain and business processes.  Students will be able to use consultancy skills to reflect, monitor and evidence the 'management of self' in a marketing and buisness context.
