Module Aims

The aim of the module is to offer students the opportunity to undertake meaningful work experience as part of an honours degree.

Content Summary

A required element of the sandwich award of an honours degree is the completion of a work practice element. The work practice will usually take the form of a work placement.

The work practice will involve the student in demonstrating competency in the key skills and in key tasks relevant to the named route. This will necessarily require the student to apply the theoretical aspects of their study to the work place, thus allowing them the opportunity to fully integrate their academic study with

meaningful work practice
