Module Aims

• To enable students to engage in experiential learning and to provide the opportunity for students to apply theoretical knowledge to service sector workplace situations.

• To enable students to enhance their employability by engaging in live placement or employment practice and completion of service sector workplace tasks.

• To enable students to develop reflective skills.

Content Summary

This 40 credit WBL module at level 5builds upon the level 4 module.
Content will very much vary depending upon the service sector and type of WBL activity that the students undertake. However, competency in the following skills , in a service sector context will be demonstrated:
