Module Aims

This module aims to enable the students to critically explore a key issue identified by their own experience and practice, developing on knowledge and skills acquired through concurrent modules, and making recommendations based on critical evaluation of literature and the student’s own experience

Content Summary

The content of the module will be student-directed, as the student’s own professional position and experience is key to the direction of the project. The student is expected to identify and area of improvement/ enhancement to practice, demonstrate the need and value of this change and propose how this may be achieved by exploring and critically applying various models and strategies of change management. The student will be encouraged to compare and contrast practice in their home country and the UK
