Module Aims

To provide students with an understanding of project management processes and techniques.

To develop a range of project management related skills with the necessary supporting knowledge to allow them to effectively plan projects.

Understand the fundamentals of operations management within a project management environment.

Content Summary

Many sport organisations public or private sector employ projects to meet key objectives, project management skills are relevant to many sporting professions. This module is design to provide students with an understanding of the approaches and techniques associated with managing projects and the operational functions needed to implement them.
