To facilitate applied understanding of collaborative and participatory practice through evidence-based facilitation and creative arts methods and processes.

To facilitate an understanding of professional practice competencies through relevant frameworks and supporting theory.

To examine the facilitator’s role in terms of the development of interpersonal skills and rapport.
