Reinforcing the central role of idea generation, creativity and innovation when undertaking motion graphics and Visual Effects design tasks.

Further developing skills in origination and use of motion and imagery to communicate a given message.

Impart practical techniques broadly defined under the matte painting and environments headings.

Further investigation into software applications and their usage in solving motion graphics and visual effects problems.

Support artistically talented students towards digital paint and environment roles within VFX practice.
