Module Aims

The module aims to introduce students to key theoretical and applied areas of psychology that relate specifically to sport, exercise, and physical activity contexts.

Content Summary

Areas of study will include; personality and individual differences, understanding sport and exercise environments, group processes, improving performance through psychological skills training, enhancing health and psychological well-being through exercise and physical activity and facilitating psychological growth and development through sport and exercise.
