Module Aims

Introduce medical and anatomical terminology. 

To give a basic understanding of human organ systems, their structure and function including: 

  • Nervous system 

  • Muscular System 

  • Skeletal System 

  • Endocrine System 

  • Gastrointestinal System 

  • Urinary System 

Develop a basic understanding of the interaction and integration of the above organ systems.

Introduction to appropriate medical and anatomical terminology. 

Basic anatomy of the following organ systems: skeletal, muscular, nervous, digestive, cardiovascular, lymphatic, endocrine, respiratory and renal
