Module Aims

In response to SCW requirements, the module aims to:-
• Develop and apply the skills and knowledge required to undertake outcome-focused assessments and conversations within Social Work Practice.
• Assess needs, risks, and circumstances, and plan for person centred outcomes.
• Appraise social work models and interventions.
• Evaluate and reflect on practice and ensure working in a person-centred way.
