Module Aims

To provide learners with an understanding of the role of strategic management. To enable learners to learn and critically apply business strategy concepts and techniques to diagnose, manage and overcome challenges faced by entertainment organisations.

Content Summary

The module develops an understanding of strategic management and its role within entertainment organisations. The themes covered include: strategy, macro-environment analysis, industry analysis, internal environment analysis, competitive strategies, international strategies, growth strategies, strategy implementation and corporate social responsibility.
