Module Aims

1. To develop a design-based attempt to resolve global issues facing the fashion industry.
2. To combine design and production to develop a solution to a defined brief.
3. To explore circular design as a tool for problem solving.

Content Summary

The fashion industry has had a significantly negative impact on the environment, its workforce and consumers. Circular design offers a design-based solution to mitigating these problems. In this module students will combine the design and production process in order to attempt a solution to the major issues facing the fashion industry.
