Module Aims

To undertake a period of supervised fashion and design industry experience under the direction of an industry-based supervisor with support from an academic supervisor and placement partner.

Content Summary

The fashion industry is a large entity consisting of a range of career opportunities and entrepreneurial prospects. Under supervision by an academic mentor and placement partners, students will undertake significant placement(s) to fully articulate their role in a future industry. In this module students will combine the creative and professional skills developed over the last two years in order to engage in the fashion and design industries. This experience will be used to inform the final year of their academic program.
