Assessment Criteria

Assessment Category Assessment Type Description Duration Word Count Weight (%) Best of? Pass Mark
Asynchronous Assessment Self Reflective Assessment 1 This assessment is divided into two parts; In the first part of your journal you will reflect on a contemporary issue within the current business environment with your colleagues, and in the second reflect on your learnings of your first term. For the first part of your journal you will need to identify a current business issue and reflect on how you could classify the problem, which is the first step in the decision making process for a manager and propose a viable solution utilising a decision making model. For the second part, you will reflect on the things that you have learned this term and think about how these ideas could apply to you as a manager. You will use business tools to analyse your approach to learning and then you will use management theories to consider what actions you could take to be even more successful going forward. 0 4000 100 No 40
