Cyflwyno athrawon dan hyfforddiant i'r cwricwlwm, a chynllunio gwersi, fel y mae'n berthnasol i ymarfer beunyddiol gweithwyr addysgu proffesiynol.

Datblygu dealltwriaeth athrawon dan hyfforddiant o sgiliau allweddol athrawon megis rheoli ymddygiad, diogelu a chynllunio adnoddau.

Cyfrannu at gyrraedd y Safonau Addysgu ar gyfer Statws Athro Cymwysedig a nodwyd yn y Safonau Proffesiynol ar gyfer Addysgu ac Arweinyddiaeth (2017).

Content Summary

Bydd y modiwl hwn yn datblygu sgiliau proffesiynol ehangach athrawon dan hyfforddiant er mwyn dechrau datblygu dealltwriaeth o rôl athro.

Rhoddir sylw i wybodaeth am y meysydd canlynol yn y modiwl hwn:

• Gweithio gyda Phedwar Diben y cwricwlwm a'u goblygiadau ar gyfer cynllunio'r cwricwlwm, a chynllunio gwersi.
• Gweithio gyda Phedwar Diben y cwricwlwm i gynllunio i ddiwallu anghenion pob dysgwr.
• Dysgeidiaeth addysgeg ar gyfer dysgu’r 'tri arfer', gweithio gyda strwythurau gwybodaeth a datblygu Gwybodaeth am Gynnwys Addysgeg.
• Sefydlu perthynas gadarnhaol gyda dysgwyr a chydweithwyr.
• Diogelu a’r Ddyletswydd Atal.
• Gweithio gydag Egwyddorion Addysgeg y cwricwlwm: cyfathrebu a chwestiynu effeithiol
• Gweithio gydag Egwyddorion Addysgeg y cwricwlwm: ymagweddau effeithiol yn seiliedig ar dystiolaeth at lythrennedd a rhifedd.
• Gweithio gydag Egwyddorion Addysgeg y cwricwlwm: dylunio a defnyddio deunyddiau ar gyfer dysgu ac addysgu i ysgogi, cefnogi a herio pob dysgwr.
• Gweithio gydag Egwyddorion Addysgeg y cwricwlwm: dulliau effeithiol sy'n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth o ddefnyddio technolegau digidol a dulliau dysgu cyfunol i wella dysgu.
• Gweithio gydag Egwyddorion Addysgeg y cwricwlwm: sut i asesu a defnyddio deilliannau asesu i gefnogi cynnydd dysgwyr.
