Module Aims
This module is non-credit bearing, but is used to acknowledge and record students who have undertaken and successfully completed a sandwich year in industry as part of their undergraduate degree.
Content Summary
A required element of the sandwich award of an honours degree is the completion of a work practice element, linked to named route of study.
The work practice will involve the student demonstrating competency in the graduate skills relevant to the named route. This will necessarily require the student to apply the theoretical aspects of their study to the work place, thus allowing them the opportunity to fully integrate their academic study with meaningful work practice.
