Module Aims

• To encourage students to draw upon, apply and integrate research skills associated with analysis, evaluation and the presentation of complex material.
• To provide students with the opportunity to pursue in-depth, a specific area of interest by developing and demonstrating the business-related skills acquired during their studies.
• To encourage students to adopt a more critical reflective approach to problem solving.
• To enable students to develop their employability skills.

Content Summary

Students will be introduced to the tools and techniques they will need to conduct a real investigation into a business problem.
Furthermore, individual development will arise through the personal growth of self-directed learning and will strengthen the employability skills namely, communication, teamwork, problem solving, initiative and enterprise, planning and organising, self-management, learning, and technology.
