Module Aims

To critically apply academic and professional models, frameworks, and theories to deliver a project addressing a practical issue in the workplace.

Content Summary

This is an applied learning module in which students will critically apply the skills, theories and models of the course in their work environment.
Students will work with their employer and supervisor to identify a suitable research project that is both of genuine interest to the employer and relates to the leadership models, service improvement or other content covered in the course. Seminars will critically explore research methods, the management of the research project and the relationship between academic theory and the project work.
