Module Aims

To develop the cognitive and behavioural skills needed to operate in senior leadership and management roles.

Content Summary

In this module, students will:

  • reflect on what they learnt in the course and their behaviour and skills against the Collaborative Leadership Principles
  • critically analyse the leadership behaviours their organisation's value, the ways these are demonstrated and evaluate the differences between policy and observable behaviour
  • develop a plan to continue their professional development beyond this course
