Module Aims
To enable the learner to engage in critical reflection of their learning through their work experience and personal and professional development.
Content Summary
The learning experience will be reflected upon critically in relation to the context of the workplace and the expected professional practice at a level appropriate to the learner.
Learners will be asked to consider ideas relating to “Professionalism” as applied to their workplace / career path. Assessment of module will relate to reflection on “Professionalism” constructs.
