Module Aims

1. To support and develop student’s skills and abilities to ensure they are able to plan, manage and deliver good quality youth and community work within the communities they serve

2. For the student to examine a range of systems and processes that are designed to measure and enhance the quality of youth and community work, ensuring organisational policies and procedures are considered and implemented, including mapping their work to the Welsh Government National Quality Mark Scheme for youth & community work (EWC, 2020).
