Module Aims

Enable students to develop and demonstrate confident youth work professional identities, reflective of their graduating stage and underpinned by the National Occupational Standards for Youth Work (CLDSC, 2019).

Equip students with a range of leadership and management qualities and competencies designed to enhance ethical, safe professional practice and underpinned by the National Occupational Standards for Youth Work (CLDSC, 2019).
