• To enable the learner to engage in critical reflection of their learning through their work experience and personal professional development.

Content Summary

The learning experience will be reflected upon critically in relation to the context of the workplace and the expected professional practice at a level appropriate to the learner.

Learners will be asked to reflect upon their study of academic theory throughout the BA Business course and evaluate impact on workplace practice and their personal and professional development.
