Module Aims
To enable the development of applied knowledge of the theory and practice of critical reflection, understanding the relationship between critical reflection and supervision, anti-oppressive practice and safeguarding.
To equip students with the appropriate knowledge, understanding and skills in relation to coaching, mentoring and supervision of others within a practice context.
