Module Aims

To enable the student to become competent in the use of various digital tools to aid study in Higher Education.

Content Summary

The module will provide the student with opportunities to explore and use a variety of digital tools

Digital tools: such as Blackboard, Collaborate and Panopto. Basics of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Carrying out research using online systems (e.g. Google Scholar/Books, FindIt).

Effective communication using digital media: such as blogs; vlogs; podcasts; websites; social media; digital images and graphics.
