Module Aims

This final module provides the opportunity to apply the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to lead and manage a digital transformation project.

The module will provide the opportunity to communicate with subject experts in different organisations and sectors to drive the development of a digital transformation project to proto-type stage.

Content Summary

This module is the final module of the Masters Award, and therefore the opportunity to apply all the knowledge, understanding, skills and professional behaviours to lead and manage a digital transformation project at an organisational, or sector level.

The project will require the student to utilise subject experts from different disciplines and organisations to produce a digital project that will have a positive impact upon identified users.

The transformation journey will be appropriately documented at each significant stage, with the student using such signposts as opportunities to reflect on both the progression of the project, and the impact of their own leadership in bringing the project to fruition.

The outcomes and areas of good practice from this module will be archived and used as case studies for future cohorts of students, and other professionals within the health and social care sector.
