Module Aims

To provide students with a critical and integrated understanding of leadership, organisational behaviour and HRM in a global context.

To nurture students’ ability to develop the knowledge, skills and mindset required for leading and managing organisational change consistent with the concept of responsible leadership.

To increase awareness of, and sensitivity to, personal skills entrepreneurship and employability.
