Module Aims

Provide an opportunity to refine existing ideas and to produce a significant body of work within an appropriate context.

Support industry appropriate use of technical and practical skills to visually realise sophisticated modes of visual communication.

Demonstrate an understanding of industry relevant professional practice.

Emphasise high levels of project management to successfully produce outcomes to industry standard.

Content Summary

This module focuses on the publication of a significant body of work and industry facing profile.

With emphasis on extended research into industry standards to inform and direct the production of the modules required outcomes.

It encourages and supports visual work and working practices that demonstrate professionalism through their clarity, coherence, control and appropriate use of visual and written languages, representing a synthesis of previously learned theoretical, technical and industry knowledge.

It supports a strongly motivated expression of individual

ideas, creative vision and opinions and present these to appropriate audiences.

Students will work with figures from industry, relevant to their work and potential future career paths.
