Land and Construction

Content Summary

UK legal system, devolved government powers, and international law

Conflict management including alternative methods of dispute resolution

Common law and statutory obligations in tort, contract, and modern slavery, including restitution and human rights

Contractual issues relating to procurement and supply chain management

Health and safety at work legislation

Environmental law including human rights issues

Land law including ownership rights and liabilities, easements, boundaries, design, and build, TPO’s and listed building status.
