Module Aims

· This module aims to develop an in-depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of a specialist practitioner within a production team.
· To produce a final realised outcome to industry standard.
· This module aims to provide students with the necessary production skills in line with industry demands.

Content Summary

In this module students will work to a narrative with an opportunity to cover many skills areas including; knotting, and wig making, prosthetics sculpting and moulding, special effects design and production. Work undertaken by the student will give the opportunity to explore and understand the requirements and demands of a production and produce a final realised outcome to current industry standards
This module will include an immersive learning project at the start of the academic year
