Module Aims

Extend students understanding of professional practice in the discipline of production and management.

To Encourage a critical engagement with work-based learning that considers contemporary debates about production, performers, and participants.

Develop commercial insight through a synthesis of creative, and data driven perspectives.

Content Summary

This module builds upon the professional development module at level 4, with a 120-hour work-based learning placement. The perspective expands from personal development strategies to business straggles informed by the host organisation. Students will focus on Leadership, Governance, and project development.

The assessment items ask student to prepare (Case study) and present a business strategy for one aspect of their host organisations activity.
