Module Aims

The module aim is to:
• Create a rationale for change that explores how social influences impact children and young people within contemporary society using a needs assessment.
• Explore the scope of planning health and wellbeing improvement interventions, use of planning models, identifying priorities, concept mapping, action planning, securing resources and stakeholder engagement
• Develop a critical awareness of the methods for evaluating health and wellbeing and the implementation of the improvement intervention.
• Reflect on the issues relating to the management of change and evaluate how contemporary policy, legislation and guidelines can enable the lead practitioner to support children and young people
