Module Aims

To enable the learner to engage in reflection of their learning and personal and professional development through their work experience.

Content Summary

The learning experience will be reflected upon in relation to the context of the workplace and the expected work related practice at a level appropriate to the learner.

Learners will be asked to identify a self-contained workplace project with a specific focus on decision-making. Assessment of the module will relate to reflection on project process and outcomes, with particular reference to:

Personal development.

Personal and organisational decision making.
