Module Aims

This module will enable students to build on the skills developed at level 5 whilst handling and analysing data. The module will develop the students understanding and ability to translate this data into a meaningful tool to bring about change within an organisation through project/initiative implementation.

Content Summary

The module will cover the following concepts, many of which will adapt to meet the on-trend issues in the sports industry: the importance of consultation; consultation processes; data collection; research ethics; conducting a needs analysis; understanding the sporting landscape; future trends and innovation in sport; turning data into insight.
