Module Aims

The module will enable the student to study an area of law (or a subject of legal significance) and to produce a written project as an independent learner.

The module will provide a basis for study for students to enable students to study an area of law or a subject of legal significance which allows the student to achieve a well-rounded understanding through their own independent research and study.

Content Summary

The content will be unique to each student.

The topic of study will be subject to approval by an independent panel within the Law School and the student may be required to reconsider the topic area if it deemed not to be a complex area of law (or a subject of legal significance).
