To explore the need for effective leadership and management in the context of Health, wellbeing and social care.
To introduce concepts of effective leadership and management through investigation of inclusive and collective principles.
To examine how systems leadership can be encompassed through managing application of theories, values and principles that support staff, people and communities.

Opportunity to familiarise with contemporary research on effective approaches to leadership in health, wellbeing and social care.
Introduction to definitions, theories and models of leadership and management relating to service delivery
