Module Aims
This module will provide students with an applied understanding of the comprehensive management of organisational transformations where digital technology is involved. Students will learn about the economic and technological principles underlying such transformations and the impact of innovation and digitalisation on business and IT operations. In addition, the module provides guidelines in identifying different business models, and organising and leading digital transformation initiatives. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to apply digital knowledge and change management enabled by digital technologies to realise new business opportunities, and to align information systems and business strategies together in the modern business context.
