Module Aims

To ensure students are aware of and conversant with contemporary advanced practice in music therapy.

To develop employability skills in the music therapy profession.

Content Summary

This module will offer perspectives on practice from guest speakers, staff and alumni to offer students a wide range of perspectives to take into practice. They will receive a Level 3 safeguarding training to further ensure readiness for work and will use challenge-based learning principles to compile actions to be taken to effectively develop their own work or apply for music therapy jobs.
