Content Summary

Bydd cynnwys y modiwl hwn yn cael ei gymhwyso ar draws y pedwar maes ymarfer. Bydd y modiwl yn archwilio’r themâu canlynol:

Iechyd a lles cyfannol ar draws yr oes sy'n cwmpasu pob un o'r 4 maes ymarfer (Meysydd Oedolion, Meddyliol, Plentyn ac Anabledd Dysgu).

Diffinio yr rôl o yr teulu a/neu cymuned mewn iechyd dyrchafiad a salwch atal.

Natur ddeinamig iechyd yn cysylltu â'r hunan a pherchnogaeth y teulu o iechyd a phrofiad unigol, llythrennedd iechyd, gwerthoedd, agweddau a chredoau.

Diffinio, nodi a mesur anghenion iechyd, lles ac afiechyd. Epidemioleg, genomeg a demograffeg.

Nodi ffactorau sy'n effeithio ar iechyd a lles ar draws oes, penderfynyddion iechyd ac anghydraddoldebau sy'n cwmpasu proffiliau cymunedol.

Archwilio diffiniadau a modelau hybu iechyd yng nghyd-destun atal ac amddiffyn, yn benodol cymhelliant a grymuso ar draws y continwwm oedran.

Deddfwriaeth gyfredol a goblygiadau ar gyfer iechyd y cyhoedd a hybu iechyd; blaenoriaethu, gweithredu a gwerthuso ymyriadau hybu iechyd. I gynnwys genomeg, addasiadau rhesymol a dulliau seiliedig ar gryfder .
