Module Aims

This module aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the scientific basis and endocrinological mechanisms that underlie the ageing process. It will explore the key physiological changes associated with ageing and the endocrine system's role in this complex process. Participants will delve into the latest research and advancements in the field, equipping them to identify and evaluate age-related health concerns in a healthcare setting, including biological measures of ageing.
