Module Aims
This module aims to develop students’ entrepreneurial ability, focusing on the creation of a viable business plan that students could implement following their graduation.
The module will cover identifying an opportunity for a new product or service, and how students can take their initial ideas through the process of product design, market research, strategic and competitor analysis, and financial planning to the creation of a realistic business plan. In doing so, the module aims to build students entrepreneurial skills and apply the theory and knowledge from other modules students have studied to the planning of a new business.
The module will also introduce students to the USW Entrepreneurship team and services, including the Startup Stiwdio.
