Module Aims
Students explore visual symbolism through storytelling techniques and the intersection of music and visuals to emphasise visual communication through filmic language. The creative sector is further explored in which students can exercise their creative skill sets in alternative industry paths. Topics covered at Level 4 are further developed to an industry relevant level, including synergy between audio and visuals, and filmic language skills.
Content Summary
Fundamental skills learned at Level 4 are further developed to a more advanced level, with the inclusion of environment building and simulations, within both visual effects and motion design disciplines. Professionalism within workflows is an additional focus, covering areas such as scheduling, budgeting, and frequent review sessions.
