Widen students’ expectations and practices of working to industry requirements, and therefore working with professional competence.

Content Summary

The purpose of this module is to introduce and critically reflect on a work-based experience related to the student's chosen specialism and designed and designated by industry partners. An initial series of lectures around the current industry context and professionalism will prepare students for the industrial placement, or work simulation activity. Latterly, lectures and tailored workshops will support the student in the development of their own reflective practices.
