Module Aims

The main aims of the module are: 

  • To guide Network75 students in critically reflecting on the skills they have developed through their course and work placement, and aid them in applying those skills to both their placement and their future careers.  

Content Summary

This module is studied by all Network75 Business & Management students over the four years of their degree, and will encourage students in developing the academic and workplace literacies essential for success in both their degree and their career. 

Students will have a one-hour class activity each week (for one block per year) where they will be guided in reflecting on their experience and developing their career plans.  Students will focus on four different topics over the four years of their degree: 

  • Year 1: Study & Academic Literacies 

  • Year 2: Confidence and Networking in a Business Context 

  • Year 3: Change and Emotional Resilience in the Workplace 

  • Year 4: Preparing for Your Future Career
