Content Summary

Ready to transform raw inspiration into market-leading impact?  This module bridges the gap between artistic vision and commercial execution, and develops your ability to apply strategic leadership principles to the creative industries.

For a creative firm to be successful, just having a great idea or artistic merit is not enough – instead, successful creative companies must balance their artistic and practical merits with the commercial realities of economic viability, sustainability, and profitability.  This module will equip you with the tools you need – such as risk analysis, financial planning, and strategic leadership – to bridge this divide.

Ultimately, completing this module will help you master the art of turning abstract creative concepts into sustainable, high-value business propositions, preparing you for senior roles within the creative industries.
