Content Summary

This is a practical module designed to help you apply your academic knowledge in a real-world sports setting. You’ll gain hands-on experience by working with a sports organisation, allowing you to explore your career interests and develop key professional skills. The module encourages reflection on your personal development, helping you understand your strengths and areas for growth. You’ll be supported in setting goals, solving problems, and evaluating your performance throughout the placement. This experience is not just about gaining work skills—it’s about learning how to adapt, communicate effectively, and contribute meaningfully to a team. By the end of the module, you’ll have a clearer idea of your future career path and be better prepared for employment in the sports industry.
